Terms of Use
Plain terms for a free tool: use it lawfully, keep your own backups, and understand that it comes without a warranty.
Using the service
iBuildPDF is provided free of charge for lawful use. You must not use it to process material you have no right to process, to infringe copyright, or to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
Your files and your content
You keep all rights to the documents you process. We claim no ownership or licence over them. For browser-based tools we never receive them at all.
You are responsible for keeping your own copy of anything important. Always keep the original of a document before running it through any tool, here or anywhere else.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. PDF processing is imperfect: output can differ from what you expected, especially for unusual, very large, or damaged documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iBuildPDF is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or consequential loss arising from use of the site. If you are unhappy with the service, the remedy is to stop using it.
Availability and changes
Tools may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. These terms may be updated; the review date at the bottom of this page indicates when they were last changed.
